ON THE 1/12/12 I WENT TO BUY A WEDDING RING AND IT WAS SEND FOR SIZING I ALSO GAVE THEM OLD RING FOR SIZING. ON 5/12/2013 THE STORE CALLED ME SAID THE OLD RING IS GOING TO BE R750.00 AND I TOLD THEM TO LEAVE IT ONLY SIZES THE NEW RING.ON THE 11/12/2013 I CALLED THEM TO ASK IF MY RING IS READY THEY SAID THEY'LL CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID.ON 12/12/2012 I CALLED AND THEY SAID MY RING WAS NOT SIZED.ON 14/12/12 I WENT TO THE STORE AND I SAID I WONT TAKE THE RING CAUSE MY WEDDING WAS ON THE 15/12/2012 AND I FELT BOTH RING CAUSE THE SIZED THE OLD RING AND SAID I MUST PAY FOR IT THEN I LEFT.SAME DAY LATER MY HUSBAND WENT WITH THE SLIP TO REVERSE TRANSACTION THEN THEY REFUSED AND HE WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR OLD RING.ON 20/12/12 I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THEY SAID AREA MANAGER WILL CALL ME AND SHE DID CALL ME AND SAID I MUST GO TO THE NEAREST STORE.I WAS NOT AROUND BRITS THE WHOLE JANUARY THEN I SEND HER SMS TO NOTIFY HER.ON THE 2/02/13 I WENT TO BRITSMALL THEY MANAGER WAS OFF THEY WILL CALL ME BUT NEVER CALL.ON THE 20/02/13 I WENT AGAIN BRITSMALL THEY SAID WATERFALL DONT ANSWER PHONE FOR CONFIRMATION.IS IT THE SERVICES WERE ARE PAYING FOR THAT WE GET, THEY MADE MY WEDDING DAY MISSERABLE
