I misplaced my card, and had to pay my account with my id nr at tygervalley centre, the lady asked me if i would like to cancel my card and get a new one, i said NO. so taday i went to woolworths foods to buy some things for a friend in hospital in my lunch break so my card did not work. i phoned the customer service and Kim explained to me that the woman @ tygervalley cancelled my card anyways, so i had to leave all the stuff i bought there and now what??? maybe woolworths should try training their staff better of maybe send them for hearing tests??? this is unacceptable from a store such as woolworths
