I am suitably impressed at Nespresso's service. My husband bought me a Nespresso machine for Christmas and have never looked back. In December I visited the Nespresso store at the Waterfront, the service was brilliant! Then recently I bought more pods online, I ordered them late Wednesday afternoon and they arrived first thing Friday morning! 1 1/2 days to get here! Wonderful thank you Nespresso.
The only issue I have is the price increase of the pods :( I really hope they don't increaes for awhile!
