Bought a Leather L shape sofa in 2008 July for just over R14000, the sofa was supposedly genuine leather as far as I believe and knowing the standard of Coricraft. The sofa started cracking and piling-of about 4 months ago, went to report the incident and I was told'' unfortunately we cannot assist you with this query, I must get in-touch with an upholstery company who can assist me". That it was an imported couch 4 years ago, not made from genuine leather, that they gaurantee those couches for 1 year as they do not manufacture them.
Now tell me who buys a "genuine leather couch" for just over R14 000.00 and gets such poor response when something happens to it? is it a case of we got your money now sort yourself out when something happens??? clearly my whole furniture is going to be reupholstered as my house is full of Coricraft's furniture because i purely bought there for quality not knowing that the service is of such poor standard... not to mention the couch is a fong kong made in china!!!
