Zando advertises itself as quick and convenient but they are anything but..
I ordered an item that was to be delivered in 3-4 days, after numerous phone calls I received the order 12 days later. I didn't wish to keep the item so arranged for it to be returned. 15 days later I have not been refunded. 3 days ago I was told I would receive my refund by yesterday. today I was told my refund had never even been registered with the finance department and I will now have to wait another 5 days for the refund to be processed.
I wish I had looked on this site BEFORE ordering from Zando - maybe now they wouldn't be holding my hard earned money
