Please train your people

I have been receiving calls from Monday for Anna Moeti who is my helper at home. When I say this is not her number before I can say who is looking for her or whats its about they cut the phone. Today was the last straw this lady asked for Anna I say its not her number she has the audicity to tell me I ddnt ask if its her number she is from Home choice and put the phone down on my ear.

Please train your staff to treat clients with respect I am not her dog or puppet to be receiving stupid phone calls from her. Maybe if she was polite enough I would be able to tell her what time to call if she cant get hold of Anna on her number. I dont have time to be receiving stupid calls from incompetent people. I dont owe youll money she does so please take me of your dam SYSTEM until you learn how to deal with customers on the phone. I called and spoke to Lisa who uinfortunatley couldnt trace who called me after giving her the number that was dialled and Anna ID number how ironic that youll system is not able to trace such.
