Eally bad service - brand fail

I have a whirlpool washing machine, tumble dryer fridge. *the food in my fridge goes off after a day and has a bad smell. Sam said (after 3 calls) there is nothing wrong with the fridge. why does food go off?! *the tumble dryer does not dry my clothes. after a cycle, the clothes are soaking wet and extremely hot, steam comes out the machine. Sam said not to use the dryer on '90'. why does it have the option if the machine cannot operate on it?! this is not good enough and the dryer needs to be fixed or replaced! *the washing machine pipe leaks and floods my laundry area after every wash. the 1st time, Sam said there was nothing wrong. the 2nd time, he replaced a pipe underneath the machine. this time he says that the pipe to the tap is leaking. he also says that the pipe is not a whirlpool pipe. it's the only pipe that the machine has. when the machine was delivered, the delivery guys set up the machine with the pipe. did they give us a pipe that is not whirlpool's? Sam was going to lodge a report on Mon, 18 Feb, haven't heard from whirlpool. disappointed and regret the brand buy. *only 1 guy to service the whole area - Jhb north, response only a week after call is logged. too slow
