Three weeks later, no plasma stand

Roughly the second week of January 2013, I lay-buyed a plasma stand and later settled it end on January as per lay-buy agreement with the store. however I was informed that the store only places an order once the lay-buy item has been settled in full (fair enough) which meant that I would be getting my stand in a weeks time. Seven days later the store still did not have the stand. I then spoke to the store manager who assured me that the stand would be ready for collection on the (16/02/13) and I arranged private transport for transportation. whilst making way there (16/02/13), Ernest (sales personnel) called to tell me that he did not have the stand. I then told him that the store would make arrangemnts to get the stand to my place as they had failed to deliver when agreed, I then called the manager to tell him the very same news. Since then no one has bothered to inform me on the happenings on my stand.
