I was given a script by my gynae, which i could not get processed, due to the above mentioned PERSON, A MAGGIE NARAINSAMY, this person was not attending to me at the time, a locum, a gent assisted me, and was rudely interrupted by this lady, and therefore due to her incompetence and aggressively rude behaviour, she had the Gall to tell me that my script has expired. I had mentioned to her that due to other meds and gynae instructions, once complete, i was to go to the pharmacy and sort this script out for the next batch of treatment. i then drove back to the office, and confirmed with my gynae's assistant, wrt the "EXPIRED SCRIPT", I was told that "there is no expiry date on this script"
i am now never going to use clicks pharmacy at the crescent, because this lady has given me a poor taste in my mouth, when i think that i have to deal with her, just makes me sick..., i will now find another pharmacy, that i am certain, will treat their customers with more dignity, and friendly demeanor than what i have just experienced.
