I ordered and paid in full for flowers to be delivered on Valentines Day, and received a confirmation of order via email. My order was not delivered, and neither did I get any communication about any problem. I have tried to phone the number listed on their website, but no reply, and also no response to my numerous emails to them. At this stage they have defrauded me of money, and are therefore!
