The beginning of October 2012 I selected a lounge suite from House & Home Bloemfontein.
This was no credit purchase, I paid hard cash.
One week after delivery I went in store to complain that the lounge suite was damaged.
After waiting and waiting I finally went back to the store and a new lounge suite was delivered, again damaged!!! After no further response from the salesman I once again visited the store, this time addressing the issue directly with the sales manager (Moses) He immediately ordered a new lounge suite. One week later they delivered... to my shocking surprise the suite was horrible darker and the quality of the cushions was discusting and again the lounge suite was DAMAGED.
Eventually I contacted Head Office (011) 456 7000 on the 2nd of February 2013, needless to say I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. I don't want anything more to do with House & Home, Fleurdal Mall, Bloemfontein... I WANT A FULL REFUND
