On the 18th of November 2012 I handed in a watch for repairs, they ONLY had to replace the crown, to date I have received no call to say that I can collect the watch it has been repaired. I have contacted them numerous times to find out what is the status on the repair, where they had a load of excuses and told me that they will get back to me with regards to the watch. After waiting another WEEK I received no phone call, I had to phome THEM AGAIN and get feedback. Then they promices me before the end of December I will get a call to collect the watch, and to DATE no phone call, NOTHING. How is it that after almost 4 months they have done no effort to contact me to tell me that the watch is ready for collection, I AGAIN had to phone in this morning to find out if the watch is ready for collection. I think that this is terrible client service and then after all the moeny I had to phone out on THEM I have to pay the amounts for the watch. It is ridiculous!!!
