I do not know what operation you are running there but it's really disgusting and very unprofessional, I bought that sleeper couch cash I do not owe you anything but you House and Home is acting as if I am paying an instalment every month, first you send your guys to deliver late and knock at my door like they own the place, then you send the couch without the legs how disrespectful, let me tell you something you come and collect that trash you call a couch and give me back my money, I will go buy somewhere else where it will be appreciated, do not phone me because I have nothing to say to you
