I have repeatedly reported I have not been receiving my monthly statements & clubs books, I've also told the tellers that due to the fact that I work shifts its important that I receive then to remind me, they phone the call center and I get the same answer all the time: we've sent it as of yet I've received nothin from November 2012 to January 2013 . So now that I've missed 1 payment they quick to get hold of to inform about it but they never did anything to help previously. All they care about is getting the money and nothing for the customers.
