A big disappointment

On Friday I went into Woolworths Balfour Park to look for age 13-14 boys' sleeveless cellular vests. 10 minutes after waiting around for somebody to help me, a lovely lady, Busi, went onto their internal store network to search for a store who would have the stock. Three stores showing stock on the system, when called, actually have NO stock, and Eastgate showed 20 units on the system and when called, informed Busi that they also in fact had NO stock. This morning I called Head Office looking for somebody who could finally help me, but when Marvin, the gent who answered my call told me what a problem i was creating because i didn't have the stock code, I asked to speak to his Manager- He placed me on hold and after 6 minutes my call had not been picked up...
I then called back, and Natasha informed me that ALL Managers in the entire Customer Care Department were in a meeting.. When i asked to be put through to the General Manager, she told me i would need to be put back to switchboard, so i left my contact number.. surprisingly no response yet.
Not just terrible service on a general level.. but WOOLWORTHS??? Wow...
