During December 2012 my wife and I bought a new bedroom suite at furniture city, Princess crossing. Now this is where the fun begins.
1. We paid for the suite and was only told afterwards that I had to pay a delivery fee of R350 wghich is not stated anywhere.
2. I was told that i will receive a call to confrim delivery of the suite on thursday 20 December 2012. i received a call on Monday 17 December confirming delivery for the Thursday. Thursday arrived and no delivery. When i phoned i was told delivery will only take place of friday as per the delivery note, (this is after i had phone - 30 times). Friday came and no delivery. When i went back i was told delivery would take place on Saturday morning after they assured me the stock had left. AT 23h30 that Saturday evening i got a call saying they are at my house for delivery. the stock was delivered with damage. I was assured that i would receive new stock.
Guess what after 3 weeks of empty promises i am still awaiting. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE help me to resolve this... i am really d off with this utter delivery service.
i must add the mangers aat the princess crossing have tried to help to no avail.
