3 months waiting for undamaged kitchen unit

On 4 November 2012, I went with my domestic helper to Checkers Fourways to buy her a kitchen unit for R8000, the most expensive piece of furniture she has ever bought. I paid in full (she is paying me back over time). At the end of November, the first delivery was made but it was the wrong kitchen unit. The Fourways manager blamed his staff and Alberton, the branch delivering the unit to her East Rand home. After I made repeated calls to the Fourways branch manager, the correct unit was delivered on 20 December. But it arrived damaged, scratched, with loose parts. The manager blamed the delivery men for not taking care, either while driving or while getting the unit out of the delivery vehicle. Since 3 January, my helper and I have been calling repeatedly. Ian has not once called. On 3 Jan, Janet assured me it would take a maximum 2 weeks. On 31 Jan, I was told it would be delivered at the weekend. On 15 Feb, Ian told my helper it would be delivered on 16th Feb. She paid for the minibus taxi and took the weekend off work. Still no unit. We urgently need a) an undamaged kitchen unit and b) cash to compensate for her transport and phone calls c) compensation for the inconvenience.
