My husband purchased for me a forever diamond collection ring in October 2010, we got married in November 2011 when I started wearing the ring everyday. I have had the ring for just over 2 years and the forever diamond has fallen out of the setting. I emailed Sterns customer services hoping for a response as to what I should do regarding the diamond and my disappointment in the the quality of the product considering the price and to date have had no response.
