I placed an order for a valentines gift on Friday. I checked the stock that Wednesday, and it showed as an ex stock item.By the time I placed my order this had changed to delivery 5-7 working days, something I only realised on Monday. I contacted the call centre to find out if there was any way to speed up the process, not hoping for much. Takealot followed up with their supplier, and I've just received my item :)
Thanks for the great service guys. I haven't been let down by these guys, and I've ordered quite a few things from them over the years.
