I went to the two different Pick N Pays to return a clothing item, I understand that it was the grocery division, but no one wanted to help, they refused point blank.
When I bought the item no one had explain to me it has to be returned to the clothing division so this has caused me to waste time I will never get back and fuel costs.
i was rather intrigued by the fact that I cannot return the goods there, so I have gone on your website to check if it says anything, under the header Returns Policy it says the following "Clothing A customer's till slip is their guarantee.
Pick n Pay will gladly refund or exchange clothing items, within a reasonable period of time, should you not be satisfied with the quality thereof"' It says nothing about having to return it to the shop or division you bought it at.
I would therefor like to know why no one wanted to help me???
