What an experience!!! i bought some new Fox instinct boots from your Edenvale branch on the 13/01/2013 inv INS85233... Now im not sure if Mac Donald is your salesman or your branch manager? but the service i got when i was busy deciding on what make boot to purchase was phenomenal... nothing was an issue, all he was interested in is making sure that i was happy, his knowledge and enthusiasm was contagious, i even bought stuff that i did not need..what a pleasure it was to spend my money with you guys!!! but that's not all... two weeks later i went riding for the first time with my brand new boots, now for some reason i decided that these boots are no the right size and a mix up must have occurred during payment, so Monday morning i speak to Mac Donald and explain my scenario to him and that i have actually ridding with these boots... now was i surprised by the response i received.."please send the boots back to us and i will send you the correct size, we want you to be happy sir" WOW WOW WOW, nothing but nothing was an issue, his only issue was to make sure that i am happy... i am now hooked on Full Throttle for life!!! a company going places... well done to Full throttle!!!
