My 3 bridesmaids and I, ordered 3 pewter bridesmaids dress in different styles in October 2012. As far as we knew the order was right & everything was as it should be. After, I had to phone them to nag them to tell me when my dresses would be there. Finally in Mid January my dresses arrived. But they said there was a problem. The consultant had ordered 2 dresses in Pewter and 1 in Pool. So i was very understanding and i choose another dress for my bridesmaid ( #1) then 3 weeks prior to my wedding, they phoned me and said that they had another problem- another of the dresses had been shipped off to Nelspruit! but they promised that it would be back that very same week ( #2). So we decided to go into the branch to try the 3rd and final dress on, only to find that it had been ordered in a dress size too big ( #3). And finally with less than 2 weeks to go till my wedding they phoned me yesterday to tell me that they had received the dress that had gone to Nelspiut only to discover that it had been sent back in a size too small! ( #4) So at the end of the day i am sitting with none of the original dress that i choose & PAID a deposit on with none of the dresses which we originally picked
