I have twice (in the last 2 weeks) contacted Premier foods through their website, both posting using the online message application and by e-mailing their customer care address with regards to minute insects (not weavils) infesting a bag of flour bought at Randridge Pick 'n Pay. I haven't returned the packet to Pick n Pay as I no longer have the till slip. I have heard nothing from them.
