I have no problem paying my Edgars account - However, I have not been receiving my statements. I have requested them several times, and still no joy!!!
I have confirmed my e-mail address with Edgars several times - and still, nothing
I have to make random payments every time, as I simply have no statement. The only way I know what I'm supposed to pay is when Edgards call me to say my account is overdue. I dont think I should have to chase up after Edgars for my statements. However, Edgars inform me straight away when I owe money, but wont assist with my statements
I have been an Edgars customer for - 4 years, and if you check my history, I always paid my account. In fact, I always used to pay in excess
As of late, the non receipt of statements has really affected my track record
For Edgars record - I refuse to pay my Edgars account until I have my statement - I want a statement dating back as far as July 2012
If you look, I have made a string of random payments since October 2012, as I simply have no idea what I owe
I think its completely unreasonable to ask a customer to contantly pay, yet offer no assistance to ensure I have received my electronic statement
