Damaged goods returned but unreliable service

In July 2012 I received the Chefs Frying pan that i have ordered from Home Choice, but I only used it once, when it boils it just cool off like a normal frying pan but never become on again. i returned it to Home choice. they send me the other one in September, then unfortunately it did the same as the first one, i returned it and they said they received it in the first week of December. since then i have been phoning them to ask what is going to happen, how far is the processes of me getting the other frying pan. all i get from them is the REF. no one after another. the first one is 112440747, 2037959, 113792974 without any help. i am presently paying for something that i don't have. i cannot go to CAPE Town and they deliberately to me on the phone every time when i call them. i have make follow up many times from last year instead they offer to sell me the other one while i have debt of the old one. i returned both frying pan within the six month period and they normally say if you return something within six months of using it they will send you the other one because it is still under guarantee. even the appliances have a one year guarantee every where. please help me.
