I reported my faulty washing machine in the beginning of January 2013 to Whirlpool SA. A technician came out and assessed the machine. I am waiting for more than a month now for a part that is under gaurantee to be replaced! Each time I phone to ask on progress I get the same answer. We don't have the spare and are waiting for it! Pathetic service at it's best! They promise to have somebody phone you back but this never happens! I am at hte point where I am demanding a new machine from Whirlpool SA!!!
