I took my bike in for a service and to change the front brakes. I also asked if they could upgrade my pedals and cranks. The service tech phoned the next day, to say there was a problem with the brakes, I told him to replace them, he said the bike would be ready by Friday. I told him I would collect it Monday
As I was out of town. Monday I went into the shop, the bike was in pieces, they said they waiting on parts to arrive. I phoned and spoke to Tammy she said the bike was ready for collection on Friday morning the bike was still stripped, still waiting on spares, the other tech said they arrived on Wednesday. They would have it ready in the afternoon, I went in again, still is pieces and spoke to the owner, who said the, he could supply me with a new bike at a good price and have my old bike together as when I brought it in.the bike was not ready on saturady, Monday morning I went again, still in pieces.the delivered it back in the afternoon, after 2 weeks.still as I had taken it in originally. I have never had such bad service anywhere in my life.
