I went to buy airtime at PeP cell at N1 city. I asked the assistant named Tesna for a R55 Vodacom voucher and R300 Cell C voucher. She said there is no R300 Cell C voucher, and asked if I wanted a R250 voucher. I asked if there was any other value vouchers to get the amount to R300, and she said R70 voucher. I then asked her for the R250 and R70 voucher. The amount seemed incorrect, and I checked the slip. I noticed that instead she has put on 2 R150 Cell C vouchers as well as a R70 Cell C voucher, giving me R370 airtime instead of the R320 I requested. No apology was given and I had to fork out extra money. This is really bad service.
Shameful.
