On the 24th of Dec 2012 i went to CNA and was approved for SamsumyGalaxy TabII7.0 for 229 per month but consultant advised me theres nothing in stock so i must cum back on the 27/12/2012 -still no stock, 3/01/2013 nothing i asked to speak to Deon the store manager who said will try and get it and will give me feedback -no feedback from Deon. I contacted the toll free no for Edcon on the 4-6/01/2013 was promised they will investigate and give me the feedback -Nothing happened i spoke to Tholwana, pam, Wesley and Bulelwa i have been waiting for the call from the T/leader Emily, Khumo nothiing happened.on the 7/01/2013 i spoke to Kadir who transfered me to Sherleen same toll free no who promised me to call me back -Nothing happened. On the 4/02/2012 i called 011495600 asked to speak to CEO which they refuse and the lady by the nmame
ilsa Els said she s the Team manger she will icall the store and call me back -no feedback from her, i called her again on the 6/02/2013 she said shes still waiting for the feedback she will call me -NO FEEDBACK FROM HER-called on the 11/02/2013 spoke to nonhlahla who said she went to tne meeeting.
PLEASE IM ASKING THE CEO OF EDCON TO INTERVENE.Thanks
