My account has been paid everytime on the 31st of each month, but i receive numerous letters, phone calls to say they haven't received payment. My account has been blocked, all purchases will be declined!!! All my payment proof has been mailed to head office, but still they refuse to fix the problem. I am being billed for phone calls that they make to me, as well as letter of late payments etc, althought my account is being paid on time every month!!! This is putting me in a bad spot at the Credt Bereau.. The problem is not being resolved and the interest and everything else is just going up and up!!! Everytime when I phone (on my expense due to their incompancey) they say they will fix my account and the charges will be taken off, but i never see it coming off!! In letters to me they also mention that my credit limit is being decreased, despite of the fact that my account is being paid on time! Now 10 days later, my account is being blocked. Useless!!! Will NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
