After numerous calls, fridge still not repaired!

05/03/2011= bought a KIC 346lt B/freezer from Game Tygervalley
21/02/2012= Service called logged, fridge and freezer not sealing properly. Freezer packing on. Repaired quickly and efficiently.
14/01/2013= Service call logged, fridge and freezer packing on with ice. No call back, I called KIC twice, only then did I receive a call from technician.
18/01/2013= technician came to repair fridge, only flatmate was present, fridge not fixed because it's not iced up.said we should call when it's iced up.
28/01/2013= due to late shifts at hospital, was only able to call technician, fridge is packed on. Said he will come take a look during the week.
31/01/2013= Back to Game, they suggest I heat seals with hairdryer, might seal it again.
07/02/2013= back to Game, they call KIC, log and urgent request to have fridge repaired. No call within 2 working hours as sms stated. I call KIC, said they will notify technician to call me.
08/02/2013= Still NO CALL!!

Problem= Loss of large amounts of fresh produce. Feel that the fridge is a factory fault and no one wants to step up and take responsibility to solve the problem!
