I purchaced puma shorts for 300 09/12/2012 and made a payment on the 11/12/2012 at Absa bank after that i called where i was on hold for 22 minutes for the lady to tell me that they did not find my deposit slip mind you im using my phone to make those calls, i faxed them again and the next day i called hold for 30 minutes for the guy to tell me they cant find my order i made a complaint via e-mail to their service which they replied after two weeks.this is not the service they advirtised because i could not get cash on delivery coz i did not qualify fo it, i received an e-mail that my order has been cancelled because of no payment but i have the deposit slip to prove my payment.i am very dissapointed because even today i dont have my shorts and it has cost more than 300 when we count the faxing more than ones and the calls that took more than 15 minutes
