Furniture City fail to replace broken chai

I bought a dinning room set on the 24/12/12 after one use of the chair one of the legs broke. Apon investigation the leg broke because of a big knot in the wood. I phoned Musa at Carnival mall to inform him about the broken chair. He said he will phone me back as he did, but he informed me that they are not going to replace the chair. I demanded to speak to the manager. The manager Silvia phoned me back, I explained my problem to her she said she will short the problem out for me. She came back to me and explained that they will replace the chair but the warehouse manager is on leave at the moment. In January she phoned me again to tell me that the warehouse manager is still on leave. Two weeks ago Musa phoned me to inform me that the warehouse has got no stock of the chairs.

I went up to Furniture City in Boksburg as a potential customer to find out if they have stock of the chair, they phoned the warehouse and the warehouse informed them that they have at least 500 chairs in stock.
So please explain to me how Carnival City say the warehouse have no stock, surely it comes from the same warehouse.
It now has been 7 weeks and still no replacement chair.
