I contacted Swemco to inspect poor suction from my pool pump. They inspected and advised that the pump must be replaced. The owner (Tony) confirmed that they can open up the pool pump to confirm whether repairs would be advisable or rather replace. This was done and the recommendation from him was to replace with a new pump, which I then did.
Upon requesting that my original pump be returned to me, I found that they had disassembled it for parts! I requested that they put it back together and return to me as I want to re-use it for another purpose at my house. 1 week later and the pump was returned in pieces with the message that I will have to pay to have it reassembled!
