I just had my worst shopping experience at Baby City-Park Meadows (Kensington Johannesburg), On Saturday 9 August 2014, we bought a baby walker for our baby girl who is 6 Months, we took it home and put it together for it to be used, when we put our baby we realized that her feet are floating instead of touching the ground, we tried to adjust but without success, so we decided to take it back and exchange it since it was not used, they told us that they can't accept it since the it was opened and they need everything sealed, the wheels are dirty... The Manager was just inefficient in attending us.
The walker we bought is from 4 months+ but still it was too high for our baby while it does not say that this walker is for taller baby, we tried another walker which is for 6 Months+ and our baby fit nicely, walk and play in it.
I am very disappointed with the way we were treated which i found it a bit Xenophobic towards us.
