I went to Furniture City to purchase a fridge from them as I have been their client for a very long time and I decided to continue using them, not only did I not know the service I was going to get will be this appaling.
Went to the shop on the 25th January 2014, and everything went well, Tuesday comes and I have not heard back from them and I call them and they say that the bank had been calling and they could not get through to my office to approve where I work, told them it's impossible as I'm at work. I call back on Wednesday and they said they will call back, they don't call back, they call back on Thursday to say said everything has been approved and the fridge ill be delivered after 3-4 working days. I call back on the 5th of Feb as nobody had contacted me on the delivery, which I get told that the fridge was supposed to be delivered on Saturday (1stFeb) but my documents got lost, and they will find out. During all of this nobody has the decency to pick up the phone and call me. Then eventually the fridge will be delivered on Friday, and they still don't call first to confirm the time, they arrive as they say they are leaving as nobody is around.
