On 4th Feb I order a few items from Kalahari. The items were dispatched from Kalahari on the 5th with a promise of 1 day delivery. It is now the 7th Feb and I still have no parcel. I bought items that I need for this weekend as they are a birthday present.
I phoned Kalahari and they told me that it's out of their hands and I must call RTT. I have been on hold for 25 minutes with RTT and have still not spoken to the incompetent person who manages deliveries for Kalahari.
I will never buy from Kalahari again if they continue to use a courier company that does not give deliver service.
RTT are USELESS. Kalahari on not much better - they chose the courier service therefore they should take some responsibility for this!
If my parcel is not delivered by 4pm today (7th Feb) I want the order cancelled and a full refund by Monday. In future I will use TAKEALOT - as least they make sure that my parcels are delivered!
