LAST night my nephew saw a black pullover online and begged me to get it for him for his birthday. This morning i call the head office and Yolanda tells me that West Street has the item that i want and she will liase with them. After 3 hours no response from her so i call again and a collegue says she is gone out for lunch but then walks in. I ask her for an update and she says West Street is not answering they phones... for the past 3 hours. She calls me back after a few minutes and tell me that Blessing will keep the item for me to collect after work. Now at 15:14 after 3 hours she calls me and says West Street says they dont have the item, its in the store room... but a few hours ago they were 4 on the floor... i dont get it... dont waste my freakin time and play with my nephews emotions... what am i gonna tell the child after i told him that i will get it after work!!! Who is foolin who here? Did Yolanda get through to West Street in the first place? Or did she only phone them know??? Dont say something is done and then after a few hours change the story... freakin irratating and a waste of time
