It is common practice at Checkers Big Bay to be overcharged at the tills. The item will be marked for R5.00, but will scan as R6.00 at the till. This happens every single week that I visit the store, not just randomly. You will be overcharged for even bread! I am horrified that you have to watch the scanning like a hawk everytime u visit the store as this is a permanent occurrence. Even though Pick n Pay prices are higher, u never have to watch the tills, because the price u see is the price u pay. Checkers should have some sort of compensation for this deviousness.
