Yesterday was my first time at Protea Glen Mall in Soweto, I went to Shoprite Checkers to get few items for my baby as i had to drive back to Alberton and time was not friendly with me at all. I was assistat by shoprite staff if i could not find anything i needed and i was also assistat by a man who also took a scooter for me off a ramp and i believed that was good customer service, I got to the Till where i was assisted by Thabile who through My groceries anyhow and also did not asked me if i needed a plastic bag, i told her twice and she did not even tell me that she could not find the price for the scooter she was going to look for the price, she made me stand there and continue helping others, I went to Sipho Mbatha the store manager whom was not AT HElp @ All!!! She listened to my complaint and said Ok!! I did not take the ladies name whom intervene at Sipho's office, saw that the was a problem and assistat me further!! It is disgusting behaviour and Appauling behaviour. Shoprite has no Values and Have no Respect and No Customer Service at all, I Could'nt care if their Cheap because After waklking out the store i felt that Cheap Prices gives Cheap Service!!!
