I asked Shadika at Baby Boom to assist with a product i was looking for and they did not have stock of that time - she took my number, called me that same afternoon to advise she had found stock for me and the following day called again to let me know it had arrived and I could collect it. Such great service and so happy to do it - I had been to another large retailer who had not even bothered calling me back. Makes such a difference when people are interested in giving a decent service. Thank you Shadika and Baby Boom S/west... will always support your store where I can :)
