I bought a supposedly genuine leather lounge suite from Fielli.5 years later the leather started tearing. Its a disgrace as I thought Fielli was the best. Even tho I am not happy I must commend Raffiq from customer care that empathised with me and went out of his normal line of duty to assist me. The lounge suite has now gone in for re-upholster..I have to now cross my fingers and hope for the best. Had it not been for Raffiq and his efficiency, I would have gone public with my complaint. Thnak you Raffiq for your outstanding assistance and you kept me informed every step pf the way. You did your best, unfortunately your hands are tied as far as making upper level decisions. Your professionalism and understanding is remarkable. Thank you Raffiq.
