Still no response to my complaint. They keep promising to get back to me and no one ever does!! I am going to pay up my account and close it as EDCON has no clue what service means! They staff is completely incompetant and give clients wrong information and they cant do a simple refund!! They are only good to put undue pressure and frustration on clients! 0825665795
