In Aug 2013 I was retrenched from the company I worked for at the time, the credit card I had with woolworths had an insurance on thst covers you for 6 months in matters like this, on the 6 Sep 2013 I took instore (Parow Centre) all the necessary paperwork that was required from me the document s was sent to their credit card department so I did my bit, in Nov 2013 I received a letter saying I was in arrears with my credit card... I went instore again and after a long search for the documents it was faxed for a second time in Dec, I then again received a letter threatening me that they'll give me over to their legal department I contacted them but with no luck I was told that I'd be contacted and I'm still waiting, in this whole situation I feel that in this situation as a consumer and a loyal client my trust in woolworths and in insurances has been violated by poor service from staff who doesn't know how to do their jobs properly.
