THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I purchased a tv late November early December, two weeks later the tv started giving problems! Phoned house & home told them when changing the channel the volume would change and vice versa! then they said its the remote, then a week after that the tv started freezing and phoned them again. the guy who helped me said i need to wait as its December all Hisense electricians are off and one needed to be sent out to the house to help me. January started STILL NOTHING, IVE BEEN THERE TO PAY MY ACCOUNT SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND THEN HE SAID HIS NEVER HEARD OF A PEOPLE COMING TO THE HOUSE AND SAID I COULD BRING THE TV IN AND THEY WILL HELP ME BUT BEFORE I CAN COME SOMEONE WILL PHONE ME BACK!!! TODAY IS THE 6TH OF FEBRUARY AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE!!! IF I STILL HEAR NOTHING AFTER THIS I AM TAKING THIS FUTHER WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION!!! FAULTY TVS AND PATHETIC SERVICE AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP YOU!!! QUICK TO HELP WHEN SELLING PRODUCT AFTER PRODUCT CARE IS NON EXISTANT!!! THIS MAKES IT SO HARD FOR PEOPLE TO EVEN THINK BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.THE WORD WILL DEFINITELY BE SPREAD.AFTER THIS WE GOING TO THE NEWS PAPERS.
