I purchased a Playstation 4 on the 1 January 2014, with the delivery been within 24hrs as per their promise. When I followed up on my delivery I was told it would be delivered only 6 days later. After numerous calls and explaining and teaching Kalahari's delivery policies to their consultants I received my delivery only to find out it was a faulty product. This was to be a birthday gift which was very disappointing and unfortunate. the problem starts when I requested the item to be returned and I be refunded. As per their policies it will take about 3 weeks before I am refunded which I except and that was on the 06/01/2014. One month later and I am still awaiting my credit. I have spoken to over 6 different consultants and everyone of them promised to get back to me on the progress of my credit and none of them kept their word. I have requested to speak to a manager and also was promised to get a call back which no surprise here..still waiting for the call. I have been a customer with Kalahari since 2009 and this is the worst service I have ever had. This really makes me want to re-consider continuing to do business with them.
