We have just ordered online shopping from Pick n pay. It was delivered today and the groceries delivered were missing some items. These items were apparently not available on the day of purchase. So the invoice was apparently edited and those items were made nil. However certain items we were grossly overcharged for.
I am so so unhappy with this and the lack of assistance from the call centre.
They cannot offer us a competent answer or reason as to why prices were changed or why invoice was altered to suit them.
Very disappointing Pick n Pay!
