Frustrated with the service from Edgars

I have been a loyal customer with Edgars for almost 12 years and pay my account ontime every month. about 2 months ago i went to purchase something and was told my card was blocked as i need to Fica. the next week I went into Edgars in century city and took proof of address which was another clothing account and my id. i was told that i could not Fica with this account and it has to be a utility bill. i do not have any utility bills as i rent and pay prepaid elec etc. so the next time i went into Edgars in bayside and took a bank statement as proof as address. this seemed to be fine as i filled in the Fica form and everything was faxed by the teller to customer service and my card was unblocked. i used by card once that day. i went to purchase another day and was told again i need to Fica and my card was blocked. i then went to customer service again and was told that they will unblock it again but only for one day as apparently now my ID number was wrong on the system but they could not fix it then as it was a Sunday. i then went to Bayside Edgars yesterday and was told now that i need to supply a utility bill again or must go get a certified copy of my id. so frustrating
