Scamming Pensioners!

My gran was told that she could draw her pension money from any Checkers, when she went it to the Northmead Square Checkers; she was told she may not withdraw her pension money unless she buys groceries first! Yet we walk into Pick n Pay and had no problem withdrawing her pension WITHOUT purchasing a single item! Now that's service, something Checkers clearly knows NOTHING about! Absolutely pathetic!
