Shocking customer service

On the 18th of January 2014 my dad and I went to purchase some couches on HP at the tokai branch. We took along our necessary documents and were told that the contract would have to be signed in store. We requested kindly that the documents be couriered to Grahams town as my Dad was leaving for then on that same afternoon. (on our initial visit we were not told that its takes 3 - 4 days for approval)

The Manager assured me that he would send the documents to Grahams town, well initially he suggested he would send the contract to Greenacres.. err no they are 133kms away from each other! And 3 weeks later no documents have been sent or any feedback given. Don't try and call the store to speak to the consultant or manager there because they don't return your calls or are not in.
I called the finance company myself and arranged that the documents be sent to Ok furniture in Grahamstown, easy enough couldn't the staff figure that out?? All that was needed to be done was to print and send the documents.

Ironic that on the boards outside they say that House and Home are continually trying to do their best... well if this is their best... you could have fooled me
